An architecturally designed iconic building including 3600sqm ground floor level of parking underneath a reinforced flat slab of 10m spans to concrete column supports.
The community centre above contains 85t of structural steel formed into +30 steel trusses, providing roof support and large span glazed openings. Grandstand seating and towering tensile fabric structures overhead.
