New single storey community centre for the City of Wanneroo in partnership with Bollig Design Group. Structure includes a hall/function area, store rooms, meeting rooms, offices, break rooms and bathrooms separated internally by a lobby/breezeway.
Generally of masonry and steel construction, the roof has a distinctive 90 degree down turn at two edges which then lands on a row of 250×150 RHS columns.
